T-Home Headquarters, Bonn

Client: Telekom AG, Bonn
Architect: van den Valentyn Architektur, Köln

Partition Systems: 2300 / 3400 / 7000

An open campus with an ensemble of four U-shaped buildings makes up the new T-Home headquarters. The mission of the architects was to develop an open-plan, communicative concept for 1,500 employees. Working closely with the architects, Strähle Raum-Systeme designed customized and functional solutions. From the scaled-down, all-glass wall to the highly functional partition wall system in the conference rooms and executive offices, all the separating elements were configured to meet the requirements of confidentiality and room acoustics. All these features add up to flexible work spheres which foster communication and allow scope both for teamwork and for concentrating on independent tasks.

• Running metres of partition wall: 3,000m
• Solid wall and glass wall elements: 9,000m²
• Sound insulation: from Rwp 37 to Rwp 49 dB in the executive area
• High-performance sound absorbers integrated into the partition walls
