intersoft GmbH, Domkaskaden Hamburg

The Domkaskaden office building is a prime example of sustainable architecture and was once again awarded the DGNB Gold Certificate in 2023. Situated between the Rathausmarkt, the Kontorhaus district, and HafenCity, its staggered cascading design creates a unique architectural impression from every perspective—an effect that continues seamlessly throughout all ten floors.

The floors occupied by intersoft GmbH feature a diverse office landscape, combining open areas, informal team zones, and ample retreat spaces. The layout was realized entirely with glass partitions and room-in-room systems by Strähle. Corridor glass walls of the System 3400 ensure maximum transparency while providing excellent sound insulation for meetings. For phone calls and online meetings, the TEAMBOX TB.1 offers a soundproof island within the open-plan workspace. By placing two TEAMB☐XES in sequence, the floor plan is used with maximum efficiency while keeping distances short.

Different curtain colors and the integration of plants create a warm and homely atmosphere. The black profiles of the glass walls are consistently aligned with the flush-mounted profiles of the TEAMBOXES, resulting in a cohesive and refined overall design.
